Marianne and Kenny Terrell are well known in the Houston Heights as community leaders and local real estate experts. They epitomize Boulevard Realty's "Realtor. Resource. Friend." mantra as clients look too them as the first point of contact for homeownership questions, repairs, improvements, design, buying, selling, and how to get involved in the neighborhood.

Many know Marianne and Kenny for their community involvement, volunteerism, and philanthropy. The City of Houston even proclaimed October 13, 2018 Marianne & Kenny Terrell Day based on their exemplary work in the areas of philanthropy and real estate. Bringing their service mindset to each and every real estate transaction (not to mention their significant experience, knowledge, and skill as Realtors), Marianne and Kenny are able to regularly produce the type of results their clients are seeking. Their high level of both referrals and repeat clients is a clear indication of this consistent production.

Marianne and Kenny currently live in Woodland Heights in a 1928 bungalow. They are often seen walking their Great Dane, Duncan, through the neighborhood and revel in opportunities to get to better know their neighbors. They manage a successful AirBnb and are firsthand experts on short-term rental investment properties.

Kenny has been on the board for the Houston Heights Association for 5 years. He and Marianne often chair events and projects (such as the Art on the Boulevard Installation for 2018) and are currently the HHA's membership chairs. They were named the Houston Heights Association's Rising Starts in 2015 due to their commitment to the neighborhood and surrounding areas.

Kenny has a long history of service above self. First through achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and then in the Air Force as a Special Operations Load Master.

Marianne currently serves on the Houston Heights Woman's Club Board as well as the Flock (Houston Zoo's Young Professional Network) Committee.
